When in the Chat Zone, you may see users with an '@' before their nickname. Example: @CZBot. The '@' indicates that the user is a Channel Operator. (or also referred to as a Moderator) You may also notice users with an '+' before their nickname. Example: +siniStar. The '+' indicates that the user is a Channel Regular and that the user can speak when the channel is in Moderated Mode or (+m). If at any time you need help, feel free to ask one of our team members with an @ or a + before their nickname. (Please note: Please ask a Operator or Channel Regular before /MSG'ing them, as some may have /MSG BLOCK scripts enabled for spam protection.

You can verify whether or not a user is an Official ChatZone staff member by using Legacy: /msg Legacy verify nickname
