Following are the Terms of Use (also referred to as "TOU") associated with use of the s7 network and projects run by the s7 network. Deviation from these terms at any time will result in your account being removed.

1. REGISTRATION -> Registration to the s7 network is FREE. You may register for ONE (1) account per PERSON. Your registration constitutes your acceptance to the TOU set by the s7 network or project. Users must be at least 14 years of age to register. During the registration process you agree to only enter valid information. False information given during the registration process will void the registration, and the account will then be purged. Automated and/or robotic registrations are not permitted.

2. MODIFYING ACCOUNT INFORMATION -> If at any time your name or email address change, you will need to update your account with the new information as soon as possible. Accounts with bouncing email addresses will be given three (3) months to change their email address. Upon our communications bouncing to you, a 3-month probation period is started. If communications no longer bounce to you during the probation period, your account will be marked as fixed. If it is not fixed during or after the 3-month initial probation period is started, the account will be purged from the s7 network and/or it's projects; and any data on the accounts will be purged/deleted.

3. CONDUCT -> Users (or "members/registered users") are expected not to violate the terms of use or cause harm, stress, damage, abuse on any s7 network project or website. Users are expected to not harrass other users or members. Abuse, hacking, or mis-conduct of any of these terms is grounds for account removal with or without notice. You agree not to submit pornographic/adult rated content, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, or threatening content on any s7 network project. The IP address of all submissions, registrations and modifications are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the network and it's moderators have the right to remove, edit, move or close any account at any time should they see fit.

Violating any part of this policy or any other policy set aside for this project will result in immediate termination of service. Continued abuse will result in a ban from any s7 network service being activated for up to, but not limited to, a year.

While the s7 network will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every site at all times.

4. FORUMS -> Users must not post material on the forums that violates the above CONDUCT terms. The s7 network does have moderators patrolling the forums for violations of these terms, however it is impossible to review every submission immediately. If a thread started violates these policies, it will be deleted and the poster will be purged.

5. PRIVACY -> All information collected by the s7 network during registration processes will never be sold or given to outside companies, agencies or spammers. Some of the information provided during the REGISTRATION process will be used on your account profile. The fields that are private and do not display to other members are clearly noted in the Registration form and the My Account update forms.

The s7 network uses an outside ad agency to advertise on the network. Cookies may be transmitted by the s7 network and the outside ad agencies. The information contained in the cookies is not identifying and do not reveal your identity or any other information.

6. TERMS OF USE REVISIONS -> The s7 network at it's sole discretion reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice or without.

7. PROJECTS / GUARANTEES -> The s7 network provides various online services to it's members at no cost through it's Projects. While the s7 network will always do the best to maintain the projects; there are no guarantees as to project uptimes or lifespans. The s7 network (and it's projects/affiliates) reserve the right to terminate (or "End") a project at any time. The s7 network is not responsible for any damages or liabilities in regards to use of an s7 network project/the loss of a s7 network project, or loss of data.

Your use of any s7 network project (including this site) constitutes your acceptance to these Terms.
